Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a membership with Ultimate Dispatch Mastery (UDM), you ("Member") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with enrollment.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ultimate Dispatch Mastery (UDM).

Membership & Eligibility

UDM Roadside Assistance Membership is available exclusively to operators of commercial vehicles. By enrolling, you confirm that the vehicle(s) covered under your membership are commercial in nature.

• Membership is valid for one commercial vehicle per enrollment.
• A one-time, non-refundable activation fee of $100.00 is required at the time of enrollment.
• Monthly membership dues are $69.99 per month, billed automatically on your enrollment date each month.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled member and vehicle.
• There is a 10-day grace period from the date of enrollment before membership benefits become active. No roadside assistance services may be dispatched during this grace period.

Services Covered

Your membership includes the following roadside assistance services, subject to the limitations described below:

• Towing Assistance — Tow to the nearest facility, for the first two hours. One event per membership year.
• Minor Mechanical Service — Up to two hours of on-site mechanical assistance.
• Flat Tire Assistance — On-site flat tire help.
• Tire Replacement Assistance — On-site replacement of a damaged or blown tire.
• Extraction / Winching — Off-road recovery up to 50 feet; one event per membership year, up to ½ hour.
• Fuel Delivery — Delivery of up to 20 gallons of diesel fuel.
• Fuel Removal — Extraction of up to 20 gallons of incorrectly added fuel.
• Lockout / Key Replacement — Vehicle unlock or key replacement assistance.
• Battery Assistance — Emergency battery jump-start service.

Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize UDM to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the membership is cancelled.

By enrolling in the membership, you expressly agree that your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• Monthly billing begins on the date of enrollment.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of membership benefits.
• The $100.00 activation fee is charged once at enrollment and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Members agree to contact UDM directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued for the current billing month upon cancellation.
• The $100.00 activation fee is non-refundable.
• Members who have used a covered service event during the billing month are not entitled to any refund for that month.
• UDM reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time for abuse of services, fraudulent claims, or violation of these Terms, without refund.

Limitations of Liability

UDM acts as a membership and dispatch coordinator. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers dispatched on your behalf.

• UDM's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total membership fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• UDM is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Members are responsible for any costs exceeding the service limits described in Section 03.

Changes to Terms

UDM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Member and UDM and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the membership.
